*** Editing my review to add that this company went above and beyond to send a beautiful arrangement much more like what i had anticipated. My mother loved it and i truly appreciate them fixing the situation quickly (and without me even asking them to! ) i appreciate this kind of customer service. Mistakes happen. Making it right makes all the difference. *** The flowers that arrived looked nothing like the photo they used on the website. Not just in the flowers used but the arrangement itself was messy, lacking balance and it was so filled with greenery the flowers are overwhelmed. Many of the flowers were not open and one was broken. This was for my mother's 87th birthday and I was so disappointed. I chose a local florist rather than using a big online florist. Truly disappointing.

It looked amazing. The arrangement was very healthy.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability.
